Riding Program

Our lesson program is dedicated to the safety of both horse and rider. All riders are taught the fundamentals of body awareness and proper balance. We believe that lessons should be taught in a fun and safe atmosphere. The focus is on proper care of the horse as well as developing riding skills.

 

CORE BELIEFS:

  

 Required Attire:

  ►  Boots or shoes (short or tall) with hard sole
      1" heel

  ►  Long pants -- riding pants or stretch pants

  ►  Helmets (approved ASTM standard) -- we do have
      helmets that can be used until a student purchases their
      own helmet.

 
  ►  Our goal is to make each lesson a positive learning
      experience for both horse and rider
  ►  An important emphasis is on providing students with a
      strong foundation upon which they can build new skills
  ►  Instructors utilize a clear and positive teaching style
  ►  Individual lessons are designed to increase the rider's
      confidence as well as skill level

Fee schedule:

$30 private 1/2 hr lesson

$45 private 1 hr lesson

$25 semi-private lesson
